I have been using 24:7Booking for about a year now for my holiday letting business (4 apartments in St. Ives) in Cornwall. I approached it with more than a little trepidation at first but was quickly reassured by the team and now a year on I can honestly say I would be lost without it, as I rely on it 100%! We simply couldn’t manage our holiday rentals business on the island of Madeira without our 24:7Booking system!
For the first two years I had 10 properties on our website and entered everything on self-created Excel spreadsheets which recorded booking details, pricing, payment due/received dates and lots of other things such as flight info, airport transfers and car hire requirements. The work/time involved and the margin for error was huge!
In May 2007 I trawled the web in search of a dedicated package that would bring me into the 21st century with facilities for on-line booking, hands-on uploading of website content and the recording of all mentioned above, and more.
