- Our 24:7Pro software resides on a dedicated server in your office.
- The 24:7Pro server synchronises availability between your office and your own website, using your broadband connection via a secure SSL VPN socket.
- Your staff manage your bookings, both online, telephone and mail, from their own terminal by accessing the 24:7Pro server across your internal network.
- When required, you can gain remote access to your dedicated 24:7Pro server using secure SSL internet protocols.
- Managers and booking staff located in different places can have simultaneous secure access to the 24:7Pro server via the internet.
- The 24:7Pro in-house server is the 'Master'. Your website availability/booking calendars are controlled by the 'Master'.
- The software ensures double bookings cannot happen.
- Bookings online and locally happen immediately on the 'Master' and are then replicated on your website availability in 'real-time'.
- Should your broadband connection go down, you can continue to take bookings by telephone.
- The VPN connection will automaticaly detect when your online connection is working again and synchronise your website availability with the 'Master'.
