You can personalise the automated emails which go out to your customers at each stage of the booking process, including setting the number of days prior to arrival that the final payment reminder email is sent. You can also:
- Customise the headers and footers of your payment reminder email messages
- Use different fonts, colours and images to enhance your emails
- Keep your customers informed about their holiday at each stage of the booking process
- If you have more than one category of accommodation, set up separate customised emails for each category - for example, camping pitches usually need different instructions from holiday houses
