You have a choice of payment method, from card payments to bank transfers and cheques. You can choose to use as many payment methods as you need.

During the set up process, decide how you wish your customers to pay you and, if you choose more than one method, set the order in which the payment options will be displayed to your customers. Payment methods can be made inactive, shown to your customers or hidden.
In the example to the right, the client has chosen to take card payments via Paypal, provide bank details for online bank transfers and provide instructions for payment by cheque.
In the 'Payment Information' screen below, you can set up the additional booking instructions to go with the Cheque or Internet Banking options. The text in the box is fully editable.

Payment method details and their display order can be edited at any time.
Credit/debit card payment options:
With the SagePay gateway configuration, you can choose to receive payments in British Pounds, American Dollars or Euros. Paypal additionally allows you to receive payments in Canadian or Australian Dollars. Please note that you can use more than one payment gateway at a time with your 24:7Booking account.
Upgrading your card payment method:
If you decide to upgrade from non-card payment methods to PayPal, or from Paypal to SagePay, this is simple to do by selecting a few extra options, followed by an online test mode before the gateway goes live.* Other payment gateways will need to be configured manually by our team.
* SagePay users will need first to acquire a Merchant Number which may take several weeks.
